Download the free program from that site and put it onto a flash drive.

Before using the Combo fix on your infected computer you will need to uninstall any virus protection program that you have installed. Since whatever program you have installed obviously did not work, you will not miss it when you uninstall it. You are now ready to perform the Trojan virus removal.

Take the flash drive and put it into the USB port of the infected computer. Copy Combo fix onto the infected computer’s desktop. Open the program called Combo fix and let it run. Several windows may pop up and always hit “Yes” or “Run”. Once the program starts running do not touch it or open any other windows. This program takes a bit of time but when you are done it will have effectively performed Trojan virus removal and removal of any other malware or spyware that was inadvertently installed on your computer.

You can run Combo fix as many times as you want. It is recommended to also download a free copy of Avast and install that onto your computer. This will effectively block any further malware from attacking your computer.
